The 2025 HCC Baseball team is currently looking for the help of local businesses and organizations in our community. The school provides us with minimal funding, and to do anything beyond the baseline, we need to create our own funding. We have developed a few sponsorship options that include marketing opportunities for local businesses. We aim for the businesses to get return on their investments while they help support our cause. All sponsorship donations are tax deductible, and the W9 form for taxes is provided in the contact area of this page. See below for available options.

Sponsorship Details
Starter Pack – $100
Program Flyer Ad – Includes getting your business ad in our team program flyer that is available for all fans in attendance at every home game.
Social Media Shoutouts – Get your business promoted on our social media platforms. We randomly post our sponsors to our instagram account including stories and posts. We will repost media from your business’s social accounts.
Website Presence Ad – Get your business ad posted on our team website, where you are viewing this content now! People come to our site to view the schedule and roster constantly, and your business will be featured in our sponsor slider that is included on every page of the website.
Shared Banner Ad – All of our sponsors will be included on a Shared Banner Ad that is put on the back of our backstop for public viewing. You will get a spot on the banner along with the rest of our sponsors.
Jumbo Wall Banner – $385+
All Previous Packages – The Jumbo Wall Banner sponsorship includes everything you would receive with the Starter Pack and Individual Wall Banner, including program flyer ads, social media shoutouts, website ads, a spot on our shared banner, and individual game sponsorships.
Jumbo Individual Banner – This package includes your own larger sized custom banner. The reason it’s listed at $385+ is because you will simply just need to cover the difference in whatever banner size you choose. (Example: 10’x5′ banner would cost an extra $85 to make, hence the price is the $300 individual price tag, plus the extra cost to make the bigger banner) You can expand to whatever size you want, and some of the custom sizes include 10’x5′, 8’x8′, and 10’x10′. For example, a 10’x10′ banner that covers a whole outfield wall square would cost $450.
